Right things.Made real.

I find out what really matters for customers and the business. Then I connect market, strategy and operations so it works in daily practice.

My guiding question

Are we doing the right things? And do they create real value?

First I check what matters. Then I make it happen.

Approach

Three perspectives that rarely meet in one person.

Most roles focus on market, on strategy or on operations. I have carried responsibility in all three. My work happens where they overlap.

Market Strategy Operations IMPACT

Customer value WHY

Market and competitor analysis, customer needs, business cases.

Clarity WHAT

Strategy, roadmaps, go-to-market, decision papers up to board level.

Execution HOW

Roles, processes, governance, digital tools and change networks.

Services

What I make real.

Turning strategy into operations

I translate strategic objectives into roles, processes, governance and roadmaps, so a decision becomes a way of working.

Sales & Marketing framework, CSS division

Integration and realignment

After acquisitions or reorganizations I bring teams, portfolios, planning processes and cultures together.

International Rectifier · Cypress

Building new business

I combine customer needs, technical feasibility and market potential into application strategies, business cases and go-to-market concepts.

Smart inhalers · Pay TV · Power tools

Process and digital innovation

I harmonize processes across functions and regions and introduce digital tools that get used. AI where it solves a concrete problem.

Planning tool · Roadmap & GTM tools · Cross-selling

Typical starting points

The strategy is decided, but it doesn't reach daily work.

I translate it into roles, workflows and decision paths that teams actually live.

After an acquisition, two organizations need to become one.

I harmonize processes and portfolios and connect different working cultures.

A market opportunity is visible, but the path to business is missing.

I build the business case, roadmap and go-to-market, across divisional lines.

Functions work side by side instead of together.

I create shared formats, networks and a common language between sales, product, finance and IT.

Cases

Three cases. One pattern.

Each time: find the right thing, connect the people and parts it needs, and make it real.

01New business · 2017–2022

Smart inhalers: a new business field for Infineon

Situation

Security and authentication solutions had no application and no market in medical devices yet.

My role

Identified the application, built business case and roadmap, aligned top management, R&D, sales and lead customers.

Outcome

Smart inhalers became a new business field and focus area, with Infineon's first cross-divisional go-to-market strategy.

02Transformation · 2022–2025

Realigning Sales & Marketing

Situation

The Connected Secure Systems division needed a more customer- and solution-oriented go-to-market.

My role

Developed and rolled out the framework, defined roles and governance, introduced digital tools, built a cross-functional change network.

Outcome

Handed over into tactical and operational business. Stronger collaboration, sharper market focus, digital enablement.

03Integration · 2015 / 2020 US DE 1

Two acquisitions, two integrations

Situation

With International Rectifier and Cypress, US teams, systems and portfolios joined Infineon.

My role

Nine months in the US harmonizing planning processes. Later integrated application marketing and system architect teams and their portfolio.

Outcome

One planning landscape and one customer offering, combining the strengths of US and German working cultures.

Career

From operations to product to transformation.

Every step added a perspective: first operations, then the market, then the organization.
